Two magnets sit hidden in the flat back panel. Press it against any steel surface (squat rack, smith machine, cable tower, locker) and it stays there while you lift. Pull it off and carry it crossbody to the locker room or out the door.

The front sleeve takes bottles up to 46 oz, with a bungee cord across it for a towel or a hoodie. The zip compartment holds your phone, keys, earbuds and gym card, with an inner mesh pocket and a key clip. The stretch side pocket fits a snack or a shaker scoop.

It will not stick to aluminium, plastic or wood. Keep bank cards with a magnetic stripe away from the back panel, and keep it away from pacemakers. Wipe clean with a damp cloth and let it air dry.
Is it okay on a shared rack?
Stick it on the side of the upright, out of the way of the bar and the plates, and pull it off when you move to the next machine. It takes one second.
